Prices & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs within Switzerland range from CHF 3 to CHF 30 for parcels up to 30 kg.
We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 150 (in principle, only for shipments within Switzerland).
You will see the total amount of your order before completing your purchase.
In general, we deliver within Switzerland. For orders from the European Union or other countries, please contact us so we can evaluate together.
Offer & Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding digital catalog.
By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the order will be sent automatically by e-mail immediately after the order is completed. This e-mail confirms the conclusion of the purchase contract.
Delivery
We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 7 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery by the postal service usually takes an additional 1 to 2 working days.
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately to decide together on the best alternative (exchange, replacement, or cancellation of the order).
Payment
We accept payments via PostFinance, Twint, or credit card. Other payment methods may eventually become available.
Returns & Exchanges
We are a small family business and handle each situation with care and humanity.
- Exchange due to defect: If a product arrives defective or in unsuitable condition, we take responsibility and will provide a replacement or refund.
- Exchange or return by customer request: We do not offer an automatic right of return, but if you wish to make a request, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Each situation will be considered individually.
Note: Products intended for ingestion (internal consumption) generally cannot be returned, for reasons of safety and product integrity.
